Services
JackTrans provides truck diagnostics, repair, maintenance, roadside response, and related consulting. Work is performed by qualified technicians using OEM-spec tools and parts.
Estimates & Approvals
We perform diagnostics first and issue a written estimate. Work begins once you approve the repair order. Any scope change will be communicated for re-approval.
Parts & Warranty
Parts are sourced from trusted suppliers and meet OEM specifications. Parts and labour warranties vary by component; details are listed on the job card.
Safety & Compliance
Our team follows safety protocols including lockout/tagout, hot-work permits, and site protection. Drivers and staff must respect safety zones during repairs.
Payments
Payment terms are as agreed on the invoice or service contract. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
Liability
We take care to protect your vehicle and cargo. JackTrans is not liable for indirect losses such as lost loads, delays, or consequential damages unless required by law.
Cancellations
On-site cancellations after dispatch may incur a call-out fee. Scheduled service days can be moved with reasonable notice.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate vehicle information, disclose known faults, and ensure safe access for our team.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be handled through agreed dispute resolution channels.
